Meet the Speaker
Kara Martin is an Australian lecturer, speaker, and author of Workship 1 & 2. She is also co-author of Keeping Faith: How Christian organisations can stay true to the way of Jesus, and co-editor of Transforming Vocation: Connecting Theology, Church, and the Workplace for a Flourishing World.
Kara is a lecturer with Mary Andrews College and Adjunct Professor with Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, Boston.
She has worked as a consultant in media and communications, human resources, and policy development roles.
Kara has presented and run workshops in churches and theological colleges throughout Australia and beyond.
She is also the winner of the Australian Faith & Work Award in 2024.
